Competitors seeking to cancel their entry and who formally notify us by email at mail@k2sports-uk.com a minimum three weeks prior to the specific event will receive 75% refund, less transaction charges. Telephone notification will not be accepted.
An entry can be transferred to another K2 Sports’ event subject to a one off £10 transfer fee. This must be done a minimum three before the entered event.
Entries are not transferable to another person.
Competitors seeking to cancel their entry within three weeks of the entered event will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
If the event has to be cancelled, you will receive a refund of your entry fee minus a 25 % deduction to cover administration and transaction costs.
